How much Italian do I need to know in advance?
You don’t need to know any Italian to get started! I will meet you where you are at and help you to reach your learning goals.
What platform will be used during the tutoring session?
We will use Zoom to connect for our sessions. Once the session has been paid for, you will receive an email with a link to join the meeting. You will need to download the Zoom app or join the meeting on the web here using the meeting ID in the email. If you cannot use Zoom, let me know and we can find a platform that works for both of us.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel up to 24 hours before a scheduled session. If you have already paid for the session that you cancel, the payment will be applied to your next session unless you request a refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours before a session or do not show for a scheduled session, payment will not be refunded or applied to a future session.
Do I need to purchase any books or materials?
No, there are no required materials. If you are already working with books or other materials, we can review them together in the session. If you are looking for other materials, we can tailor a list of recommendations for your learning goals.
How do you accept payment?
I currently only accept payment through PayPal. You can sign up for a PayPal account here.
